Bubbles by the Beach isn't just another liquor store. We're a piece of Oceanside history — a family-owned, locally operated neighborhood institution that has been serving this community for almost 60 years.
Our History: This location at 218 N. Cleveland St. has been Oceanside's go-to spot since 1967, when it first opened its doors as Liquor Mart. Over the decades it evolved into the beloved Bell's Liquor, then Pier View Market, before becoming Bubbles by the Beach under new local ownership in 2018. The name changed. The faces changed. The commitment to Oceanside never did.
Who We Are: We are a family-owned and locally operated small business — real Oceanside people serving real Oceanside people. Four Brothers with a goal to make Oceanside a better place, every day. We're not a chain. We're not a franchise. Every decision we make is rooted in what's best for this community and the customers who walk through our doors every day.
